    eggs dyed with silk ties, finished! on Flickr. We tried a new way to dye eggs this year…. we used silk ties. There are lots of tutorials for this online. Wrapping the eggs was time consuming and not particularly kid-friendly, in my opinion. The part that was really fun for the kids was unwrapping the eggs to reveal their colorful patterns.
